What is Sport Jujitsu?Sport jujitsu is a dynamic martial arts competition format that allows striking, judo/wrestling-style throwing, and ground grappling, requiring athletes to manage distance, timing, and transitions across all ranges of combat.
Seminar Focus AreasMaintaining distance to prevent takedowns Safely and efficiently closing to the clinch Achieving body-to-body contact for throws Transitions between striking, clinch, and ground Competition-oriented problem-solving across ranges.
Participants will also have the opportunity to apply techniques during supervised open sparring.
